Vif mécontentement d’Asia Commune envers le gouvernement sri-lankais

Vif mécontentement d'Asia Commune envers le gouvernement sri-lankais

Le peuple sri-lankais a chassé le régime militaire raciste, sectaire et corrompu de Rajapaksa. Celui-ci a été chassé par une lutte populaire continue de plus de cent jours.

Résultat tordu de cette lutte : la nomination du nouveau président a été confiée au parlement en place. La grande majorité de ce parlement était des partisans de Rajapaksa. Ranil Wickramasinghe, qui ne détient que son propre siège au Parlement, était le représentant du régime vaincu de Rajapaksa. Il a obtenu 134 voix au Parlement et a été nommé 8e président du Sri Lanka le 21 juillet 2022.

Moins de 24 heures après avoir prêté serment en tant que président, il a lancé une attaque odieuse contre des manifestants non armés à Galle Face Colombo au petit matin du 22 juillet 2022. Asia Commune condamne totalement cette attaque inhumaine par l'armée et la police du gouvernement sri-lankais.

Nous assurons et déclarons à la communauté internationale qu'il est très difficile d'avoir confiance dans la gouvernance démocratique au Sri Lanka.

The strong displeasure of Asia Commune to the Sri Lankan government

The people of Sri Lanka drove out the racist, bigotry and corrupted military Rajapaksa regime.  This was driven out by a continuous people's struggle for more than a hundred days.

As a twisted result of this struggle, the appointment of the new president was entrusted to the existing parliament.  The vast majority of this parliament was Rajapaksa supporters.  Ranil Wickramasinghe, who only holds his own seat in Parliament, was the representative of the defeated Rajapaksa regime.  He got 134 votes in the Parliament and was appointed as the 8th President of Sri Lanka on 21^st July 2022.

 Less than 24 hours after he was sworn as the president, he launched a heinous attack on unarmed protestors at Galle Face Colombo in the early morning of July 22^nd 2022.  Asia Commune totally condemns this inhuman attack by the Sri Lankan government’s army and police.

We assure and declare to the international community that it is very difficult to have any confidence in democratic governance in Sri Lanka.

ශ්‍රි ලංකා රජයට ආසියා කොමියුනයේ දැඩි අප්‍රසාදය

ශ්‍රි ලංකාවේ ජනතාව විසින් පැවති ජාතිවාදි, ආගම්වාදි , දූෂිත මිලිටරි රාජපක්ෂ පාලනය පලවා හැරියේය. එසේ  පලවා හැරියේ  දින සියයකට අධික අඛන්ඩ ජනතා අරගලයකිනි.

මෙම අරගලයේ විකෘති ප්‍රතිඵලයක් ලෙස නව ජනාධිපති පත් කිරීම පැවති පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට භාර විය. මෙම පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ අතිමහත් බහුතරය රාජපක්ෂ හිතවාදින් විය. පාර්ලිමේන්තුව තුල තම ආසනය පමණක් හිමි රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ පරාජිත රාජපක්ෂ පාලනයේ නියෝජිතයා විය. ඔහු පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ ජන්ද 134 ක් ලබා 2022 ජුලි මස 21 වෙනි දින ශ්‍රි ලංකාවේ 8 වන ජනාධිපති ලෙස පත් විය.

ඔහු ජනාධිපති වශයෙන් දිවුරුම් දී පැය 24 ක් යාමට පෙර 2022 ජුලි 22 වන දින පාන්දර කොළඹ ගාළු මුවදොර නිරායුධ අරගලකරුවන්ට නින්දිත ප්‍රහාරයක් එල්ල කලේය. රජයේ හමුදාව හා පොලීසිය යොදා ගනිමින් එල්ල කල මෙම ප්‍රහාරය ආසියා කොමියුනය පිළිකුලෙන් යුතුව හෙළා දකිමු.

තව දුරටත් ශ්‍රි ලංකාව තුල ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදි පාලනයක් පිලිබද කිසිදු විශ්වාසයක් තබා ගැනීම ඉතා අපහසුබව ජාත්‍යන්තර ප්‍රජාව හමුවේ අපි සහතික කර ප්‍රකාශ කරමු.

இலங்கை அரசுக்கு தனது அதிருப்தியைத் தெரிவிக்கும் ஆசியா கம்யூன்.

இனவெறி, மதவெறி மற்றும் ஊழல் நிறைந்த ராஜபக்க்ஷ ஆட்சியை இலங்கை மக்கள் விரட்டியடித்தனர். நூறு நாட்களுக்கும் மேலான மக்களின் தொடர் போராட்டத்தினால் இந்த அரசு விரட்டியடிக்கப்பட்டது.

இந்தப் போராட்டத்தின் திரிபுபடுத்தப்பட்ட விளைவாக புதிய ஜனாதிபதியின் நியமனம் தற்போதுள்ள பாராளுமன்றத்திடம் ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. இப் பாராளுமன்றத்தில் பெரும்பான்மையானோர் ராஜபக்க்ஷ ஆதரவாளர்கள். ரணில் விக்ரமசிங்க, நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் தனக்கென தனி ஆசனத்தை மட்டும் வைத்துக் கொண்டு தோற்கடிக்கப்பட்ட ராஜபக்ஷ ஆட்சியின் பிரதிநிதியாக இருந்த அவர் பாராளுமன்றத்தில் 134 வாக்குகளைப் பெற்று 21 யூலை 2022 அன்று இலங்கையின் 8வது ஜனாதிபதியாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

அவர் ஜனாதிபதியாகப் பதிவியேற்று 24 மணித்தியாலங்களுக்குள் 22 யூலை 2022 அன்று அதிகாலையில் கொழும்பு, காலிமுகத்திடலில் தங்கியிருந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டக்காரர்கள் மீது கொடூரமான தாக்குதலை ஆரம்பித்துள்ளார். இலங்கை அரசாங்கத்தின் இராணுவம் மற்றும் பொலிசாரின் இந்த மனிதாபிமானமற்ற தாக்குதலை ஆசியா கம்யூன் முற்றுமுழுதாகக் கண்டிக்கிறது.

இலங்கையின் ஜனநாயக ஆட்சியில் நம்பிக்கை கொள்வது மிகவும் கடினம் என்பதை சர்வதேச சமூகத்திற்குப் பிரகடனப்படுத்தி அதனை உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறோம்.
